HOLY COW!  There’s no better place on earth to enjoy Halloween!  West Hollywood Halloween Activities on Friday, October 31st.  A short list from our friends at Visit West Hollywood: HALLOWEEN CARNAVAL The largest Halloween street party in the world happens in West Hollywood. Each year, on October 31st, nearly 500,000 people take to the streets of Santa Monica Boulevard to enjoy the craziest, most eccentric costume creations ever at the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval. Visitors can expect fantastic live entertainment and food vendors all along Santa Monica Blvd. One of the night’s highlights is the crowning of the Honorary “Queen of the Carnaval.” Lisa Vanderpump to be crowned this year! It’s that time of year again.  Our friends at Hollywood Forever Cemetery are hosting the 15th Annual Dia de los Muertos festival on November 1st, 2014, from 12n – midnight.  Enjoy great food, amazing altars, and entertainment.  We can’t stress enough to plan ahead regarding transportation.  Melrose Avenue will be at a stand-still around Hollywood Forever Cemetery.  One might want to walk to the venue from nearby boulevards such as Santa Monica to the north or Beverly to the south. Fall Festival at Farmers Market Los Angeles

A favorite of Angelenos, Farmers Market Los Angeles, has been throwing their Fall Festival since 1934.  Don’t miss the activities this coming weekend, October 17th-19th. From The Original Farmers Market Los Angeles: Artisan Alley, Petting Zoo and More on Gilmore Lane! Prepare now, for it will be here before you know it.  The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval takes places on October 31st from 6PM – 11PM.  Santa Monica Boulevard will be closed from about Fairfax on the east to Doheny on the west.  Having experienced this growing festival from its early years, we can’t stress enough the importance of getting into the area prior to the big event.  This West Hollywood Halloween street party — the biggest in the world — will attract over 500,000 people.  Traffic around rush hour can take visitors approximately 2 to 3 hours or more to get near the event. Halloween 2014 at the Hollywood Museum
