L.A. Tours Departing from Anaheim and Long Beach

*For a brief period Glitterati Tours offered pickups and drop offs in areas like Anaheim and Long Beach.  We suspended Anaheim and Long Beach service as of September 1st, 2015.  See Below. From our Glitterati Tours FAQ page: *Glitterati Tours restricts their pick up areas to Beverly Hills, Hollywood/West Hollywood, Downtown L.A. and LAX. We can also pick up at locations in Venice Beach and Santa Monica. We never travel outside of these areas due to the unpredictability of freeway traffic. Rather than pay hourly tour rates, it’s much more economical for a visitor to take alternative transportation into the heart of Hollywood to start their tour. Plus, there’s very few talking points along the freeway system between Los Angeles

Hutchinson Cocktails and Grill Restaurant in L.A.

Recently, we were able to enjoy a hot new restaurant in L.A. called Hutchinson Cocktails and Grill.  It’s located on La Cienega’s Restaurant Row. (This stretch of road travels through the cities of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, and is loaded with dining spots like Nobu, Matsuhisa, Fogo de Chao, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Fig and Olive, and dozens of others).  Hutchinson is an Indonesian steakhouse, with a large menu selection.  Get there early and enjoy one of their signature cocktails like the Malabar, which is vodka, lime, chile, cardamom, and agave.  Justin Hopper, the owner, introduced himself and recommended the most popular dishes on the menu.  All was fantastic! From the Hutchinson website: …Richard’s wife, and our

Glitterati Booking Now For Summer Tours of L.A.

We all are taking a sigh of relief having completed a very busy Spring Break conducting tours of L.A. and Beverly Hills.  We will now stay moderately busy through May and June, and then the flood gates will open with visitors during July and August.  Every year at this time, we remind any potential visitor coming to Los Angeles, to book their hotels, private tours, museums, shows, rental vehicles and dinners way in advance.  It’s great to be spontaneous, but one really wants to take advantage of all that Los Angeles has to offer.  Look into calendars now for The Hollywood Bowl.  Especially around the 4th of July for their fireworks spectacular after their headliner.  Also, check out The Pantages

TV Taping Tickets to The Ellen Show and Other Programs

Will Ferrell Gets His Star on The Walk of Fame

When guests are taking tours of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, seeing a celebrity is almost always on their bucket list.  There’s no better guarantee of having a celebrity sighting than planning a visit to Hollywood & Highland during a premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theater or Disney’s El Capitan Theatre, or attending a star ceremony on The Walk of Fame.  (Just today during a Glitterati Tour, Vin Diesel turned and waved in our guests’ direction from the red carpet premiere of Fast and Furious 7). On March 24th, 2015, Will Ferrell became the 2547th individual to receive a star on the Walk of Fame.  This event coincided with the release of Get Hard.  Guest speakers and attendees included Molly Shannon, John
