Michael Voltaggio and Ink Restaurant on Melrose Avenue

The Book of Mormon at The Pantages Theatre in Hollywood

The hit Broadway musical from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, is coming to Los Angeles.  The Book of Mormon is scheduled for a 12-week run at The Pantages Theatre from September 5th through November 25th.  The show is currently playing to sold-out crowds at New York’s Eugene O’Neill Theatre. Short Order at the Farmer’s Market In Los Angeles

Nancy Silverton from Los Angeles’ Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza fame has done it again with Short Order at The Original Farmer’s Market in Los Angeles.  Short Order is definitely a place to indulge.  We went expecting a meal that would send us to the gym, and that’s exactly what we got.  We had a great waitress at the bar that recommended a couple signature gourmet burgers and some sides, as well as some creative cocktails.  The spuds are a must.  They tear a baked potato apart by hand, fry it up, and serve it up with truffle salt and a thick dip covered with chunks of bacon.  Again, eat at Short Order, take a nap, and then hit the
