Hollywood Sports Bars for Super Bowl 2019

Crazy to think that Los Angeles went 2 decades without an NFL team, and we just had two teams– with the Chargers, and the Rams– making the divisional playoffs.  Next Sunday, January 20th, will tell us if our one remaining team that has made it to the next playoff game (The Rams) will be in The Super Bowl with the Patriots, Saints or Chiefs. If you’re not in Atlanta for The Super Bowl, and find yourself in Los Angeles, don’t worry…there’s plenty of local hotspots to watch the game and celebrate with Angelenos.  Especially if our home team makes it into the big game. Of course, every barber shop, hotel bar, restaurant, shopping venue, etc., will be playing the game

The Grill on The Alley Restaurant in Beverly Hills

One of our most important jobs in conducting luxury private tours of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, is keeping up to date on the hottest, hippest restaurants and bars (as much as our paychecks will allow).  Sometimes, we focus on the up-and-coming spots, because that’s what many of our guests have heard about.  The problem with this approach is that we can miss a gem of a restaurant that’s been in our own backyard for decades. The Grill on The Alley Restaurant in Beverly Hills is one of them.  For years, we’ve told our many VIP’s about this spot which is just steps from Rodeo Drive, without ever trying it firsthand.  That all changed the other night, and we may

We’re barely into the new year, and award season is officially kicking off in Los Angeles.  We have back to back ceremonies throughout the city. In just a few short hours, we have The Golden Globes, presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.  This year’s ceremony will be co-hosted by Sandra Oh, and Andy Samberg. As always, look for the major players in both TV and film.  Special awards this year will go to Jeff Bridges for the annual Cecil B. DeMille Award for film achievement, and Carol Burnett for the annual award for TV achievement.  The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills will once again be home to this red carpet affair. January 27th, 2019, look for The Screen Actors
