LAX Los Angeles Tour Departures During Busy Holiday Periods

Glitterati Tours is thrilled to be one of the few private charter tour companies with LAX Los Angeles tour access.  Our access to pickup guests at LAX requires special permits and a security clearance via transponders on all of our vehicles. This affords guests with an extended layover –or a tour before ending at their local hotel –the opportunity to see the best that L.A. has to offer. With the busy seasons like July and August, as well as the holidays around December and Spring Break, sometimes it’s tough to schedule pickups at LAX.  There is a 3.5 hour minimum when picking up for LAX Los Angeles tour departures.  If there’s other tours on the books on your potential tour

Rodeo Drive Car Show on Father’s Day

It’s that time of year again.  The Rodeo Drive car show, Concours d’Elegance, takes place annually on Father’s Day.  There’s no better gift to a car loving father, that an entire street closed off and jammed full of museum quality classic cars and motorcycles.  It takes place on Sunday, June 19th, on the 200-400 block of Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills. From the Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills website: The Rodeo Drive Committee, in conjunction with the city of Beverly Hills, presents the Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance every year on Father’s Day. Glitterati Tours of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills for Fall

As summer winds down, the numbers from the board of tourism for Los Angeles haven’t quite been tallied.  By our estimates, it had to have been a record number of guests visiting our amazing city.  Glitterati Tours of Los Angeles had a spectacular summer starting in June, and continuing through this upcoming first week of September.  With most days completely booked, we unfortunately had to turn many last minute requests down.  We remind guests that we book tours from so many directions, including local concierges, referrals from previous visitors, repeat guests, and international travel agents. This summer we documented guests from every state in our nation.  As always, the Australian market is enormous for tours of Los Angeles, with Canada

Hotel Pickups for Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Tours

The advantage of a private tour is the flexibility for the visitor.  Glitterati Tours can pick up guests directly at their hotel in the Beverly Hills, LAX, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, or Downtown L.A. areas.  We can also pick you up after your local Hollywood or Beverly Hills experience, whether it’s Universal Studios, Warner Bros., a restaurant, or museum. We often get requests for pickups in Long Beach, Anaheim, Newport Beach and Pasadena, and unfortunately, these areas are just too far out (and with traffic, highly unpredictable) for us to accommodate transportation.  We remind potential guests that it’s far more economical to get alternative transportation into the heart of the city.  We’ve laid out more on this
