West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval takes place on Halloween evening with over 500,000 people in attendance.   An absolutely crazy experience!  Get here early.  Before living on the boulevard, I can remember sitting in traffic for over two hours to even get close to this event.  Carnaval takes place on Santa Monica Boulevard between Fairfax and Doheny in West Hollywood.

Need a costume?  Make sure to check out Hollywood Toys and Costumes on Hollywood Boulevard in the heart of Hollywood.
