Since Christmas decorations started popping up before Halloween, we thought it might be a good time to let locals and visitors know about a handful of upcoming holiday events in Beverly Hills and Hollywood:
Beverly Hills BOLD Holidays kick off Thursday, November 15th with the Rodeo Drive party and lighting displays throughout the city. BOLD Holidays will also include evening shopping on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as art installations, entertainment and much more.
The Grove in Los Angeles will have their 17th Annual Tree Lighting celebration on November 18th to kick off the holiday season. Look for a special performance by the CBS “A Home for the Holidays.” There will also be a snowfall (sans Mother Nature), fireworks, and Santa’s grand arrival. This event is HUGE, so get there early. Enjoy dining at The Grove and The Original Farmers Market that is adjacent.
Line the streets of Hollywood Blvd, Vine Street, and Sunset Blvd to take in the Hollywood Christmas Parade on Sunday, November 25th. The parade starts at 5PM. Hosts will include Erik Estrada, Laura McKenzie, Dean Cain and Montel Williams. This years Grand Marshal will be Nancy O’Dell, and entertainment includes Mikalah Gordon, Kimberly Caldwell Harvey, Ruben Studdard, Blake Lewis, David Archuleta, and Elliot Yamin. Take in dinner or drinks at some of our local favorites like Off Vine Restaurant and Musso & Frank Grill. There’s even an In & Out Burger along the route on Sunset Blvd.
Check back here to Glitterati Tours blog page for more upcoming holiday events. Lindsay and I will do our best to include the many festive things happening in and around Los Angeles! If planning a private tour with us over the holidays, best to get something on the books sooner than later. Especially during the busiest period from mid-December to the first week in January.
