Kimpton Everly Hollywood Hotel
Hollywood is back big time, with major hotels, business, and restaurants coming in full force, and cranes on the horizon for even more. The latest addition is The Kimpton Everly Hotel in the heart of Hollywood, and Glitterati Tours was recently given a VIP tour of the property. It’s one block away from the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine. Here, you’ve got the beginning (or end) of the Walk of Fame, Capitol Records, Katsuya, The Pantages Theatre (Hamilton is currently on stage through December 30th, 2017), and The Avalon Hollywood Nightclub.
The Everly has 216 guest rooms, which includes 12 suites. Rooms include the Deluxe King or Two Queen, the City View King or Queen, or the Hollywood Hills King or Two Queen. The view of the Hollywood Hills is fantastic, and these rooms have a direct scope of the famous Hollywood sign from their windows.
Suites include, the Studio Spa King, The Argyle Suite, and The Everly Suite. You really want to impress, check out their Lola Suite. At 676 sq. ft and with a neighboring bedroom, it’s a whopping 1026 sq. ft. It comes with a walk out sun deck, a fire pit and couches. It even has a 5th floor opening out to the pool deck. Speaking of pools, this one is pretty amazing. It faces south over the city with all of Hollywood down below.
Restaurants include Jane Q, which offers up a casual Los Angeles vibe for coffee and dining. Here you can order at their counter and enjoy everything from wine, pizza, coffee and light fare.
The Ever Bar offers up great views and fantastic cocktails with their lead bartender, Dan Rook. Enjoy their “Drink Your Vegetables” Margarita, “Bone Thighs and Harmony” Millionaire or “Bananas in Pajamas” Scorpion. Not a cocktail drinker? They’ve also got a great selection of craft beers and wines. Pair your choice up with a delicious bar bites menu.
Come to L.A. Hollywood is changing for the better every day, and venues like The Kimpton Everly are all the proof you’ll need. This isn’t your 70’s-90’s Hollywood!
