Plan Ahead and Book the Hottest Restaurants in Los Angeles

Summer is upon us, and the most popular restaurants in Los Angeles will certainly book up…some, even months in advance.  Keep in mind, unlike Las Vegas, New York, London, etc., Los Angeles isn’t that late of a city.

Usually the preferred sit down time at hot restaurants is between 8PM-9PM.  By booking in advance, chances are you won’t be offered a corner table by the kitchen before 6PM, or after 1030PM.

Depending on proximity between venues, we usually suggest arriving early at a nearby restaurant or bar and having a drink, then enjoying dinner under your reservation at another spot, and then perhaps a nightcap at one more location.  Phew!  Sounds like a lot, but it’s 3 birds with one stone for a visitor with a short time in the city.  Plus, this triples your chances of a celebrity sighting, which is on most visitor’s bucket lists when coming to restaurants in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

We love doing this at the Innovative Dining Group corner in West Hollywood, consisting of Boa Steakhouse, and RivaBella.  A pre-dinner drink can be had at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant bar inside the nearby London West Hollywood Hotel.

We’ve listed quite a few of the most popular in-demand restaurants in Los Angeles on our website.

Just a few places that rate really high, and require advance bookings include Trois Mec, Osteria Mozza, Craig’s, Providence, Urasawa, and Spago.  If you’re into more laid back fare, one can always enjoy the popular In-N-Out Burger, Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles, or the always crowded Pink’s Hotdogs in Hollywood.
