**The following will now be implemented after the 1st of December, as opposed to November 25th:
For the first time in our many years of conducting tours of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, Glitterati Tours will be making a slight rate increase effective November 25th, 2015. The increase will be approximately $10 per hour. The cost of doing business in Los Angeles, and California in general, doesn’t come cheap. We Angelenos with small — and large businesses — tend to pay more for fuel, advertising, permits, insurances, regulations, and taxes.
Any guest that has made an inquiry or booking via email or phone prior to November 25th, will be guaranteed our current lower rate. Coming up in December, Glitterati Tours will also begin offering a few new choices for visitors in regards to sightseeing and additional added time frames. We will be streamlining our current offerings to reflect the interests of the majority of visitors to Los Angeles and our tours of Beverly Hills. Keep an eye on our website for exciting updates!
We remind guests that every tour we do is private. Your vehicle and guide are dedicated to YOU for the entire timeframe. We customize every tour we do. If we were a bus or van tour company, we could squeeze 15 to 55 guests into a vehicle, and rotate that vehicle every 2.5 hours with just as many guests. That’s why one can walk Hollywood Boulevard and find over three dozen tour companies competing with rates as low as $25 per person. We publish this information, for we realize we’re not for everyone, and like to make sure a visitor has all their options while visiting Los Angeles.
We mention why we use SUV’s on our Glitterati LA Tours FAQ page, but in a nutshell…these vehicles are discreet and allow us access to ALL areas such as the Hollywood sign, and residential streets in Beverly Hills, without concerns about weight or city restrictions.
Again, we may not be for everyone, but as many guests on review sites such as TripAdvisor and Yelp point out, “you get what you pay for.” Some visitors have such a brief time in our city, and we truly believe this is the best way to get the best perspective of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
