The Annual Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration
—————————————–
You may have missed the Christmas tree lighting and fireworks display at The Grove that Glitterati Tours just recently blogged about. Not to worry. If you’re in town this Thursday, November 16th, make your way over to Beverly Hills, as they have their annual Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration. Once the knob is flicked, look for amazing light displays throughout the city. There will also be special sculptures by HYBYCOZO and live entertainment. Part of the lighting diplay will be the incredible chandeliers by Baccarat that be lining this world-famous drive.
Robin Thicke will be the headlining performer starting at 5PM, and the show will be hosted by Top Chef Junior Host, Vanessa Lachey. When the show is complete, look up for an amazing fireworks display over Rodeo Drive.
Grab a camera for Rodeo Drive’s latest photo installation, and grab a bite at the many food trucks that will line up along the 200 block. Better yet, walk one or two blocks over to streets like Canon, Beverly and Camden to enjoy a full sit down meal at the hottest restaurants in the city. Have a steak at Mastro’s Steakhouse, a nice piece of fish at Spago, appetizers and a cocktail at Cut Lounge inside CUT (say hello to Lindsay), a glass of Rose and a salad at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Blanca, delicious sushi at Sugarfish, or a big ol’ plate of pasta at Italian hotspots like Via Alloro, e. Baldi, or Il Pastaio. Since this event will attract thousands of attendees, reservations encouraged for anything in the general vicinity.
This also starts off BOLD which stands for Beverly Hills Open Later Days, which will last through January 6th, 2018. This will include evening shopping on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as additional live entertainment, and special offerings from hotels and restaurants. Check out our friends at Love Beverly Hills for details on this, and all-things wonderful in the always special and luxurious 90210!
