In Downtown Los Angeles near LA Live, catch The Force Awakens at Regal LA Live, which is next to The Staples Center, The JW Marriott DTLA, and the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Grab a cocktail and nosh in the indoor theater bar at Arclight Cinemas Hollywood, in the legendary Cinerama Dome complex.  This is a 14-screen multiplex in the heart of Sunset Boulevard walkable to the well-known corner of Hollywood and Vine.

Since Star Wars is now a Disney production, Disney’s El Capitan Theatre might be an obvious choice for film lovers.  This theater has been here since 1926 and the El Capitan experience usually includes, props, costumes, live performances and other surprises from the movies they’re screening.

The grand-daddy of all theaters in Hollywood is The TCL Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Theater showman, Sid Grauman, opened this theater in 1927.  It’s home now to the world’s largest IMAX auditorium.  As they say, seeing a movie here isn’t just a night out, it’s a memorable event!  While here, check out the famous courtyard with the footprints of Darth Vader, C3PO, and R2D2, that were laid out in cement during the original Star Wars premiere in 1977.  Make it a true Hollywood night, and stroll down the Walk of Fame to Musso & Frank Grill — serving up amazing martinis and happy smiles since 1919!
