Regarding the weather, when is the best month to visit Los Angeles? We’re not meteorologists, but as natives or long-time residents, we say ANYTIME. Los Angeles averages under 15 inches of rain a year. Our “rainy” season is typically from December to May. We even escaped the much-predicted El Nino this year, with the bulk of any moisture staying up in Northern California.
