Rates for Sightseeing Tours of Beverly Hills and L.A.

**The following will now be implemented after the 1st of December, as opposed to November 25th: For the first time in our many years of conducting tours of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, Glitterati Tours will be making a slight rate increase effective November 25th, 2015.  The increase will be approximately $10 per hour.  The cost of doing business in Los Angeles, and California in general, doesn’t come cheap.  We Angelenos with small — and large businesses — tend to pay more for fuel, advertising, permits, insurances, regulations, and taxes.   Any guest that has made an inquiry or booking via email or phone prior to November 25th, will be guaranteed our current lower rate.  Coming up in December, Glitterati

Glitterati Booking Now For Summer Tours of L.A.

We all are taking a sigh of relief having completed a very busy Spring Break conducting tours of L.A. and Beverly Hills.  We will now stay moderately busy through May and June, and then the flood gates will open with visitors during July and August.  Every year at this time, we remind any potential visitor coming to Los Angeles, to book their hotels, private tours, museums, shows, rental vehicles and dinners way in advance.  It’s great to be spontaneous, but one really wants to take advantage of all that Los Angeles has to offer.  Look into calendars now for The Hollywood Bowl.  Especially around the 4th of July for their fireworks spectacular after their headliner.  Also, check out The Pantages

Tour Vehicles for Our Los Angeles Tour Company

Glitterati Tours, a Los Angeles tour company,  has made a change to their fleet of vehicles.  Recently, we parted with our brand new custom van.  We did this because of the recent weight enforcement in the Hollywood Hills (all areas surrounding the Hollywood sign) on any vehicle over 6000 lbs.  Larger vehicles were then forced towards Mulholland Drive and The Griffith Park Observatory for views and photos of the Hollywood sign, and this wasn’t always popular with guests. Tourism is definitely on an upswing in Los Angeles, and we predict that other neighborhoods—especially the residential areas in Beverly Hills—will follow suit, as homeowner associations file complaints with their city because of the endless flow of van traffic and oversized bus-type
