The Wiltern Theatre in Koreatown is a treasured live performance venue in our city. Other notable venues include The Hollywood Bowl, The Pantages Theater, The John Anson Ford Amphitheater, and The Greek Theatre. The Sunset Strip also boasts rock and roll clubs such as The Roxy, The Rainbow Bar and Grill, The Viper Room, and The Whisky A Go Go. With numerous options available, the seasons can help narrow down choices, as the outdoor venues like The Bowl, Greek, and Ford primarily operate during the summer. The Wiltern is relatively intimate with 1,850 seats, compared to The Bowl’s near-18,000 capacity. It is housed in the 1931 Pellissier Building and stands out with its Art Deco design and emerald green façade.
