The Giving Keys L.A.

Los Angeles is home to some of the most creative people in not only the United States, but the world. People in all creative industries flock here to be at the epicenter of where projects come to life. Not just the world of film, but the world of art, photography, tech, and of course, fashion.
Along with some of the most creative people, our city is also full of people with big hearts. Nothing is better than when creativity and kindness come together to create a great company with a quality (and trendy) product. One of the best companies to emulate this is The Giving Keys L.A.
The Givings Keys is a non-profit company created in the last few years here in Los Angeles. Their mission is to help people from the homeless community transition back into the working force. Their product? It all started with a key necklace. Each key has a word engraved on it. It can be any word that you hink you may need – breathe, strength, hope, love, etc.. When you wear your necklace, it constantly reminds you and encourages you, and when you do not need that word anymore you can give your key to another who needs it. It’s a great trendy Los Angeles token to take home and pass along!
The company has since expanded into all types of jewelry. The key necklaces may still be the center of their business but you can find earrings, bracelets, and even keychains at their pop-up shops around Los Angeles. The are found at most of the farmers markets that are all around town on any day (Here is a great article showing all the different markets around town from L.A. Weekly: http://www.laweekly.com/restaurants/the-ultimate-la-farmers-market-guide-google-map-2895133 ). If you are not wanting to trek around you can always find and order from their website: https://www.thegivingkeys.com. When you order online you even have the option to customize your keys!
The Giving Keys are a trendy and perfect souvenir for a trip. A favorite product of celebrities and locals alike – you’ll look and feel like a true Angeleno all while helping to support those who need it most!
