What Are Some Things To Do In Beverly Hills?
You’ve come to the right city. Beverly Hills is connected to popular locations like West Hollywood, and parts of Los Angeles, like Bel Air and Westwood.
Here’s a short list of the most popular things to do when in the 90210:
Stay. Where to start?! Hotels are obviously top notch and most are perfectly centered and walkable to venues. Look into The Waldorf Astoria, The Beverly Wilshire Hotel, The Montage, The Sixty, The SLS Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills, The W Westwood, The Peninsula, Luxe Rodeo, The Viceroy L’Ermitage, and The Four Seasons.
Shop. You’ve got one of the most famous shopping streets in the entire world in the heart of the city…Rodeo Drive. Even if you’re just window shopping, it’s a must-see when in the city. If nothing else, you can take amazing selfies with window displays of diamonds, fancy cars, and landmarks. Make sure to visit Via Rodeo, or Two Rodeo, at the south end of the street.
Dine. As locals, this is what brings us to the city more than anything else. Famous restaurants include Spago, Mastro’s Steakhouse (we love having a stiff martini on the 2nd floor, before dining in the Penthouse), Avra, La Scala, Il Pastaio (sidewalk dining for people watching), CUT at The Beverly Wilshire, The Grill on the Alley, The Farm of Beverly Hills, The Belvedere at The Peninsula Hotel, The Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel (try the McCarthy Salad with a nice glass of white wine), Lawry’s The Prime Rib (best for group outings and special occasions), Villa Blanca (for fans of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), The Palm, and Matsuhisa. Speaking of sushi, there’s a hidden-away spot in Via Rodeo called Urasawa. It’s incredibly amazing and spendy, but a must if you have a special client or loved one that you really want to impress! The majority of these spots can be found on the Glitterati Tours L.A. INFO tab with direct links.
Visit the City Parks. Beverly Hills has some beautiful public city parks. They include Will Rogers Memorial Park on Sunset Blvd, Greystone Mansion (where tons of movies and TV shows have been filmed), Beverly Canon Gardens (next to The Montage Hotel), and Virginia Robinson Gardens (which has an admission price, but well worth exploring one of the oldest residences in Beverly Hills).
Get Cosmetic Surgery. Yes, we’re serious. This zip code has some of the best plastic surgeons in the world. That’s why there’s a street in The Golden Triangle known for their amazing nip and tuck docs. Many take advantage of the pampering and privacy that the city has to offer, both during the procedure and while in recovery. We’ve taken out many guests that are here for an extended period of time for office visits. Our private SUV’s provide a smooth ride for those still healing.
Take a Tour of Beverly Hills. Of course, we have to include this, because all of us at Glitterati Tours LOVE this city, and we think we know it better than most. This would include its history, the celebrity homes, the hotspots for celebrity sightings, and even its many scandals. Sad but true. A lot has happened here, but most people only remember the headlines because these events actually occurred in the land of the rich and famous.
